Servicing

Dedicated to complete customer satisfaction, we strive to provide a complete service. If you would like your equipment to run smoothly, just ask us for a one-off service. Don’t let your machines slow you down – they are there to help, not hinder you. Some machines only need quick service to run more efficiently and ultimately boost productivity.

Service Contracts

Our customers are important to us and we tailor service contracts to suit your business needs. Some have a large fleet of machinery on a factory floor, while others may only have a single machine working from home. We strive to treat all businesses with the same level of importance. Service contracts have added benefits, such as discount on parts, priority interim call outs, telephone support and fast response times.

Breakdowns

Faults and breakdowns happen on all machines and we are just a phone call away to help you get back up and running as soon as possible. If your machine is in need of a breakdown then get in contact with us now. Our engineers carry the most common parts with them on each visit. After an initial conversation, we can bring with us the most likely parts that would need replacing to save you time and money!

Engineers

Our engineers are all fully trained to the highest level and have a vast knowledge of all print finishing machinery. We are passionate about training and developing our team and giving them the tools they need to be able to give the best possible service to our customers. We have the full back up and support from leading manufacturers both in technical information and parts.

Health & Safety

It is important that all users of print finishing machinery are fully aware of the Health & Safety aspects of the machinery they are operating. It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure all operators are deemed safe in the workplace and that they feel totally confident in using machinery. All power-operated guillotines require Health & Safety checks every six months.

Operator Training

We offer operator training sessions to make sure all operators are confident using the machinery. You may have someone new in the workplace or existing operators who need a refresher to be safe using the equipment. Sometimes better practices and methods can be used to make your workflow faster and more efficient. It is important you get full operator training on machines so you can be aware of Health & Safety regulations and use the equipment to its full potential.

Delivery and Installations

We have our own transport facilities and use our own engineers to deliver and install machines in a professional manner. In some instances, we have had to deliver machines upstairs, downstairs, through alleyways, in basements, through windows and even craned over buildings!
